THE ART OF

ROBERT R.COPPLE

For my entire life, as long as I can remember I have always been fascinated and passionate about drawing and painting animals, (especially birds). When I was just 17 years old, I entered and won the State of California non-game art contest with a painting I did of a pair of “Endangered Least Terns” (birds). That painting was instrumental in helping raise money to preserve this valuable species. This was my first indication that art has the power to make a difference in the world. From that time forward, I have devoted my professional career as an artist to inspiring others through my work, in the hopes that it could bring about positive change.

After the terrible events of 9/11 transpired, I was emotionally inspired to create this painting “Guarding of Freedom”, to be a symbolic image of the principals on which our country was originally founded.

Our fierce independence, to stand up tall and strong for freedom and individuality, and no matter the storms of oppositions, nor attacks launched by our enemies, to be proud to be an American!
